This site was developed by Sagemont Church in Houston, Texas as part of our ongoing commitment to intentional discipleship. For years, we have seen the same challenge faced by churches everywhere: many believers desire to grow in their faith, but lack a clear pathway for spiritual formation and disciple-making. Good intentions alone rarely lead to lasting maturity. DisciplePathway.org was created to address that gap.
Why DisciplePathway.org Matters
At Sagemont Church, we believe Jesus’ command to “make disciples” is not optional—and not accidental. Disciples are formed through intentional teaching, practiced obedience, and life-on-life investment over time.

This platform allows us to provide consistent discipleship training within our church while also offering resources that can serve other churches, ministries, and individuals beyond our local context. Theologically, all resources on this site conform to the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 in conjunction with Sagemont's beliefs.
More Than a Single Course
While DisciplePathway.org currently begins with a foundational course, the vision extends far beyond one class. Over time, additional courses will be added to address a variety of discipleship topics, life stages, and ministry contexts—all with the same commitment to biblical faithfulness and practical application.
